  Poplars Hotel run by Cliff and Jean Jefferies has been one of the very best places for accommodation in Combe Martin for years. They offer first class accommodation and facilities coupled with a very friendly and efficient service. Many residents of Combe Martin have been been in the Poplars over the years and it remains highly thought of by everyone who has been a guest or a local visitor.

  This hotel offers more than average. The food is all home cooked produce and is always served efficiently and is always really tasty.
  The accommadation is clean and is set in pleasant surroundings with a good few
  rooms having a beautiful sea view.
  The hotel offers a games room with pool table for which there is no charge
  plenty of board games for children also a library a large t.v room an extensive
  patio area with a lovely kidney shaped swimming pool.
  You feel as if your holidaying abroad with all the palm trees round the pool.
  The proprieter does his own entertainment which can be anything from games to playing guitar or keyboards quizzes and more all with no extra cost.
  Cliff and Jean put everything into running what is a very delightful place to stay.

  Wonderful hotel. All rooms have en-suite, our room had a balcony with table & chairs, great little place to sit down with a drink & chill. Small heated swimming pool & plenty of space to lounge around. Bar for that little tipple @ night time. Only a b&b nowadays but plenty of eating houses locally.
  Very friendly family run place.
